School teacher. That is what I told myself I would be my entire life, until I became a fifth grade teacher, and I realized, well, maybe not.

Growing up, I was only exposed, in my mind, to two career options: I saw my dad run his own sales representative company, and I saw my mom be a fifth, then sixth grade math and science teacher. I really didn't know what my dad's job entailed, and it did not look enticing enough for me to find out.
