What it measures:

This summary describes a 21-item self-assessment survey to assess the extent to which heart failure (HF) affects the patient’s activities of daily living and quality of life. The higher the score, the more severe the limitations.1

The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ) has been translated and culturally adapted into many languages.2
