Marx Activity Rating Scale (MARS)
Summary
What it measures:
The MARS includes 4 questions that assess the frequency of running, cutting, decelerating, and pivoting in individuals based on the individual’s "healthiest and most active state in the past year." (1)
Target Population:
The MARS is most often used to assess physically active individuals 18-50 years of age with knee disorders. (1) It also was studied for use with children. (2)
