Overview
This evidence-based guideline published in 2013 by the American Academy of Neurology was reaffirmed in 2022.
It discusses risk factors for concussion and related sequelae, tools for diagnosing children, adolescents, and adults with concussion and/or at risk for subsequent related impairments, and interventions for treatment and risk reduction. A clinician summary, case example, and companion publication are also available. This is an APTA-endorsed guideline.
