Congress has recessed for the month, and members have left Washington, D.C., to campaign back in their districts for the upcoming November elections. Members of Congress won't return to D.C. until mid-November, and when they do, they will face a mountain of work to complete before the 118th Congress adjourns in December. APTA's top priority for Congress is to address Medicare Payment.
