When she was a resident in 2002, Tamara Gravano, PT, DPT, went to a local meeting of her APTA state chapter and volunteered to get involved as the treasurer for the Southeast district of Florida. That experience gave her the bug to continue getting involved.

"I wanted to give back to my profession," she says. And, boy, did she.
