Don't miss this chance to advocate on behalf of our profession and for your patient and clients.
At this event you will partner with other physical therapy advocates to take meetings on Capitol Hill with your members of Congress and their staff.
"The relationships that we build with the legislators and their staff in DC, who play such a vital role in crafting legislation, are critical. The collective passion of hundreds of physical therapy colleagues walking the Capitol Hill to advocate for our patients is invigorating" Christopher Murphy, PT, Oregon
To participate, you must attend a mandatory training on September 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, D.C., to meet your fellow advocates and receive instructions and materials. More details will be provided here as they become available.
